Hi, I'm Ben. 👋

I’m a dad of two kids under four and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that training isn’t just about being fit, it’s about showing my kids that caring for your body and pushing your limits is normal. When they see me come home sweaty from a morning run, they know I’ve been out doing something that makes me a better dad. I also strive to only be physically stronger, but more present and energised for them.

I started running during a tough chapter of my life, and it became a way to process grief and find a sense of control. It’s a reminder that we can normalise what once seemed impossible. Today, I juggle lifting and running as part of my routine, and I love showing other parents that you can do it too. It starts with your openness to the possibility. 5km was hard for me too. Now I've run 100 miles.
